REFUND POLICY
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help. We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving product. You can return your product for a different item, as an exchange, or as a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return, exchange, and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless visual proof it is damaged in transit.
- Taste profile does not qualify under the return, exchange, and refund policy.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- E-mail info@goldvana.com your request for return or exchange.
- Within e-mail, please include the reason for return or exchange and the order/invoice number. Customer handles return/exchange shipping costs. Place the originally purchased item in a package and send to Embody Brands, LLC / 5115 Maryland Way / Brentwood, TN 37027
- If an item has been damaged during transit, please provide a picture in your e-mail, so we can work appropriately with our distributors. We will send you further shipping instructions, if necessary. Costs related to shipping additional product to the customer will be covered by Marble Cannabis Co.
- For returns, refund will be issued once the product is received. Please allow 2-3 business days to see the full refund on your statement.
- For exchanges, secondary product will be shipped free of charge once the original product is received.
